  • Defining new revenue resources for provision of at least 8% of university expenditures from non-tuition outlets
  • Acquiring at least 2500 scores for transmuting the university into an independent comprehensive university
  • Procuring necessary facilities for reinforcing scientific and practical capabilities of personnel and galvanizing their pursuit of academic advancement
  • Installing opinion system for receiving constructive comments in line with effective management of affairs assisted by staffs’ partnership in decision making
  • Operationalizing the department of research and development in the Designation and Planning and Budget sector of the university for the purpose of investigation of related issues and rectification of problems as inspired by experiences of prosperous universities
  • Holding welfare programs and breathing change into staffs’ work environment
  • Rendering serviceable a comprehensive regime of veneration of clientele and customer orientation.

It is worthwhile to note that the above objectives, strategies, and plans are attainable only in the light of companionship among all IAU, STB stakeholders including professors, personnel, and students. We therefore hope for thorough (100%) materialization of the entire agenda by the end of the plan.
