  • Increasing average rate of student admission (5% Bachelor’s, 10% Master’s, and 4% Doctorate level)
  • Staffing faculty members (assistant professors and above) in order to offset the standard proportion of full-time tenured teachers and studying candidates across the branch
  • Upscaling the ratio of full-time tenured professors by 80%
  • Downscaling the ratio of invited professors by 5%
  • Amending the faculty membership pyramid via incentive policies in hopes of staffing associate professors
  • Developing postgraduate programs by introducing minimum 10 new Master’s and 3 PhD programs
  • Elevating the number of faculties to minimum 10
  • Launching two new Bachelor’s disciplines with a focus on interdisciplinary programs
